Immerse yourself in the life of a shepherd, following him step by step: from milking to grazing the flock, you will discover every phase of cheese production. The experience will end with a tasting.

It's time to wake up at the crack of dawn and prepare to take on the role of a shepherd! We will live a truly immersive experience that will allow us to get to know the daily life of a shepherd, starting from milking early in the morning, and then continuing with grazing the flock, after which all the cheese production will take place: from cooking of milk to transformation into different types of cheeses characterized by differences in maturation. There will also be tastings of the cheeses produced during the day and much, much more!!
